Although Brandy didn’t have a solo single of her own to perform at the 2022 BET Awards, that didn’t stop her from stealing the show. Making an appearance during Jack Harlow’s performance of “First Class,” the singer delivered her remix of the Louisville rapper’s viral track.
Born out of response to Harlow after his interview with Hot 97’s Ebro in the Morning went viral due to the rapper not recognizing the singer’s iconic voice, Brandy rapped her “diss” track on the main stage to an electrified crowd.
“Allow me to reintroduce myself, my name is/ World-famous, one of the greatest/ Living legend, did I mention my résumé is amazing?” B Rocka rapped as Ray J hyped up his sister from the audience, smiling from cheek to cheek.
Furthermore, Brandy and Jack Harlow didn’t appear to have bad blood. In fact, they embraced each other with a hug of respect at the end of the performance.
