21 Savage continues to squeeze life out of his prolific 2016. Over the holiday break, the Zone 6 Atlanta native snagged his Zone 6 O.G., Future to roll out the visuals to Savage’s noteworthy and club banging track “X,” a song from Savage’s Savage Mode project.
Here, a slew of ex-lovers and stacks of the bankrolls highlight the video as Savage goes from arguing with his girl to flexing around bands of dead presidents. Future holds his lil’ homie down as he two-steps inside a vintage mansion looking dapper. Super producer Metro Boomin also makes an appearance in the Vincent Lou-directed music video.
After dropping Savage Mode back in July, the 24-year-old rapper has gained respectful notoriety in the rap game. In fact, “X” has stayed on Billboard Hot 100 singles chart for 14 weeks.
Savage has also logged features with the likes of Drake (“Sneakin”), Lil Yachty (“Neck Shine”), PnB Rock (“Play With Me”) and even Zaytoven (“Woah”).
Baton Rouge comedian rapper 22 Savage has been provoking 21 Savage to join the former in a beef. But 21 isn’t really on the beef like that. He seems to be focused on blowing up.
