It looks like 50 Cent isn’t ready to part ways with his multi-million dollar mansion. According to People, the Queens native has yet to officially sell his home, but “there are offers they are reviewing and it is still on the market,” Fifty’s representative told the site.
Earlier this week, reports surfaced that real estate developers had plans to turn the mega-estate into a senior citizen home. The Connecticut-based structure hosts 25 bathrooms, a nightclub, 21 bedrooms and more amenities.
Despite the grandness of Fifty’s home, the Kanan rapper has endured monetary obstacles, which led him to file bankruptcy last year. A statement was also issued per his attorney on the matter. “Until such time as a formal contract has been approved by the Bankruptcy Court and executed, the property will remain listed and for sale to all interested buyers.”
In 2003, the actor/artist bought the house from Mike Tyson’s ex-wife for an eye-popping $4.1 million. TMZ originally revealed that the Power executive sold his mansion for $8 million.
