While the Queens rapper, real name Curtis Jackson, faced five criminal charges, including one count of domestic violence and four counts of vandalism, he denied harming Joy and terrorizing her Los Angeles apartment—he allegedly racked up $7,100 in damages—after an argument erupted last month.
Now, Fif has copped a plea deal to skip out on jail time in relation to the case, TMZ reports. His attorney Mike Feuer says that he agreed to plea no contest to one count of misdemeanor vandalism, thus causing the judge to drop the domestic violence charge.
In addition, 50 was sentenced to three years probation, 30 days of community service and agreed to attend counseling sessions. He said he will also cough up $7,100 in restitution to Joy.
