Jeweler Robert Marin has 50 Cent in his crosshairs for an alleged robbery during the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight weekend in Las Vegas. Claiming that members of the G-Unit general’s entourage swiped $250,00 worth of jewelry from him, a criminal investigation is underway, according to TMZ.
Marin told authorities that he was attempting to sell 50 a chain and Rolex watch. After the rapper agreed to buy the pieces, the two had yet to reach a price deal when 50 reportedly invited him to see Mayweather’s training gym. The jeweler alleges that he was pistol whipped and the pieces were taken from him by two men who fled. Las Vegas police are investigating the supposed robbery.

50’s lawyer, Scott Leemon protests the claims made by Marin, denying any truth to the scenario.
“On behalf of 50, I can adamantly deny that he or his security had anything to do with these baseless and false allegations,” he said.
50 cent was recently crowned one of Forbes’ “5 Wealthiest Hip-Hop Artists” of the year, raking in a cool $150 million with product endorsements ranging from Effen vodka to Frigo underwear. Something about the math doesn’t seem to add up.
