TDE is having a damn good year. With Ab-Soul slated to drop his fourth album, DWTW soon, it looks like Top Dawg will make good on his promise to deliver six albums in 2016.
Keeping the ball rolling, the Black Lip Pastor links with one of his New York comrades, Bas, on “Braille.” Over a murky backdrop, Soulo and Bassy trade disrespectful, humorous and clever verses on a variety of topics.
Earlier this year, Soul and Bas linked on “Housewives (Remix).” And recently, Ab-Soul released “Huey Knew, which takes on the the same sooty sound as “Braille.”
