As promised, Ace Hood has delivered his highly anticipated project, Body Bag 4, providing us all with a little break from the real world.
The Miami rapper dropped the fourth installment of his Body Bag series on Monday (Nov. 7) featuring an array of renditions of the most fire instrumentals in the streets. Some of the tracks include 21 Savage’s “X,” Young M.A’s “Ooouuu,” “Future’s “Married to the Game,” and more displaying sharp punchlines and steady flows. He also blessed the streets with two tracks of his own with “Sensai,” and “Beast of The South.” On “Ooouuu,” Hood boasts, “You know I go hop up on this beat and catch a body bag, body bag zip it up to toe tag, top and knock a n***a out his mustache, s**t too easy I ain’t even in my duff bag.”
He also lays down the law on “Married to the Game.” “I did this for my n*****s, for my son and my lil daughter, wishing every day that someone bring me back my grandma, sick of all this bulls***, I’m sick of this drama….In a room full of my people but I still feel so alone, and they tell me to keep on, my eyes are on the throne, just hope you ain’t the one who hides his hands but throw the stones.”
The mixtape is his first release since Starvation 5, which was released over the summer. Listen to Body Bag 4 below.
