What a time to be Adele. After earning her spot in history as the second artist to hit one-hundred million Youtube views in a week, the “Hello” singer isn’t letting go of the spotlight just yet. NBC announced the singer will perform on a one-night-only concert special for Radio City Hall in New York City on Tuesday, November 17.
Although her album isn’t set to be released until November 20, the British singer is scheduled to make an appearance on Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and The Today Show within the same month. Seems like a lot for the singer, who has been absent from the music scene for the past three years, but judging by her 150+ million views on Youtube and an overwhelming embrace from fans, Adele is making a fluid transition back into the limelight.
While the special will be recorded in November, the one-hour television special will not be aired until December 4. But for a couple of lucky Adele fans, tickets will be made available via her website. If you plan on watching it on the television screen or live, it’s almost a given to bring some tissues and get ready for the waterworks.
