Soulful British songstress Adele said “hello” to a sold-out crowd for an exclusive performance at the legendary Radio City Music Hall Tuesday, Nov. 17.
Donning her signature up-do and a gold embellished floor length dress, the singer, whose album 25 will be released on Friday (Nov. 20), sang some of the most memorable songs from her impressive catalog, such as “Someone Like You,” “Rolling In The Deep,” and “Skyfall,” as well as new songs such as “Water Under The Bridge” and the recently released “When We Were Young.” Highlights included a spine-chilling rendition of her song, “Hometown Glory,” which was dedicated in remembrance of those who lost their lives in the recent terrorist attacks in Paris.
The one-night-only performance will be televised and broadcast on NBC on Dec. 14. Adele will also bring her impressive pipes to the Saturday Night Live stage this Saturday (Nov. 21). Girl does not take any breaks, but it’s safe to say that we’re all extremely happy to have her back. Check out a snippet of “Water Under The Bridge” and a performance of her hit-single “Hello” from the forthcoming 25 below.
