Fresh off the release of his 2018 album Oxnard, Grammy-winner Anderson .Paak proves that he’s not going to slow down.
The musician just announced his new album Ventura will drop on April 12, and he’ll be embarking on a tour which will feature Thundercat, Earl Sweatshirt, Mac DeMarco, Jessie Reyez and Noname on select dates. According to a press release, the follow-up to the Aftermath Records effort Oxnard was recorded around the same time.
“The duality of each place inspired me greatly and from that I made two albums at the exact same time but held one back because that would have been too many songs to perform live for you all!” he said in a statement. “I like ending things on an even number so welcome to Ventura.”
The Best Teef In the Game Tour will kick off on May 17 in Nashville, and will conclude on Jun. 27 in San Fran. American Express pre-sale tickets will go on sale on Mar. 5, and general public tickets go on sale Mar. 8 at 10 a.m., local time.
