One of our favorite’s, anderson .paak, released a new song over the weekend titled “Come Down.” With true school producer Hi-Tek, who’s widely known for his work with Talib Kweli and Black Star, the Cali spitta scorches another instrumental.
“Come Down” is a hard, funky track that allows .paak to rap at the highest level possible. The second verse finds the wordsmith flexing his mic skills over the snappity production on an even higher level.
This song will be on featured on .paak’s upcoming album, Malibu, which is slated for a Jan. 15 birthday. The release will feature tracks with The Game, Talib Kweli, BJ The Chicago Kid, and Rapsody, as well as production from 9th Wonder, DJ Khalil, Madlib, Kaytranada, Pomo, Hi-Tek, and Dem Jointz, among others.
