Anderson .Paak made sure we went to church before the upcoming 59th annual Grammy Awards. Music’s Biggest Night is set to air this Sunday (Feb 12) with a host of A-List performers — including Beyonce, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, The Weeknd, Daft Punk, Adele, Bruno Mars and many others. Anderson is also set to rock the crowd with hip-hop legends, A Tribe Called Quest.

As a teaser to his set, the universally loved artist debuted a soulful new version of his 2016 “Come Down” single with a live gospel choir. The scene in the video features church service attendees of all backgrounds dancing and rejoicing — and a cameo from Anderson’s son, Soul, is included as well. This spanking new rendition is apart of the Grammy’s Believe in Music Campaign which hosts a string of artists showcasing the power of their art.
The video is a homage to Anderson’s childhood roots as church drummer. He is nominated twice this year for best new artist and best urban contemporary artist.
