As if the nation’s judges haven’t seen enough celebrity faces this year, A$AP Rocky is next up on the brunt of a lawsuit for something he didn’t quite do.
During one of A$AP Ferg’s 2013 concerts, the Harlem-based clique showed up and showed out for the performance as they amped the crowd with fan favorites from the whole crew. One of the mob’s members, Young Shabba, helped top off the hype with a concert trademark crowd-surf. There was one fan however, Krystina Clowes, who didn’t enjoy Shabba’s stage dive, however. According to TMZ, Clowes claimed that she was seriously injured after being plowed on by him, and that she suffered a fractured vertebra from which she still has not fully recovered. To account for it, she plans to take the group’s leader, A$AP Rocky, down for a $75,000 fall.

Though the “Wild For The Night” emcee wasn’t the one who tossed himself into the crowd, Clowes said that they all have a history of crowd-surfing at their concert. According to her, they all should be held responsible for the one incident that involved only one of the group’s members. The lawsuit surfaces concurrently with another lawsuit that has Pretty Flacko’s name on it and is being served from a former manager who claims he breached his contract. According to Contact Music, Geno Sims alleges that the rapper failed to pay him $850,000 dollars in commission for several manager duties such as brand endorsements and partnerships as well as production deals he landed for Rocky from 2011 to 2013.
Hopefully, he gets these suits swept up soon, or Mr. Purple Swag might have more “F***in’ Problems” than he originally thought.
