
The dynamic duo of Beyonce and Serena Williams joined forces on stage during the closing night of Queen Bey’s mega Formation World Tour on Friday night (Oct. 7).
At MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, the world’s greatest athlete made a surprise performance during Beyonce’s live rendition of “Sorry.” Williams also stars in the music video to that single, and brought to life her onscreen persona that she displayed in the black and white visual.

Bey and hubby Jay Z also got up close and personal to their collaborative track, “Drunk In Love,” while Kendrick Lamar made a surprise appearance to stomp the night away to his featured song, “Freedom.”

But out of all the surprises in public view, the real icing on the cake was the A-list artists who were present backstage. The photo of the night went to Jay Z, DMX and Ja Rule, who were brought together by DJ Khaled, reigniting thoughts of the mega-group that could’ve been.
