Justin Bieber is creating hysteria over in Norway. His crazed fans have taken Bieber-fever to whole other level.
After Biebs announced he would be doing a free show at the Opera House venue in Oslo, tens of thousands fans and parents gathered outside the club. It’s officially a Bieber State of Emergency!
To prevent a full on riot and injuries authorities have reached out to Bieber to help them control the masses before things turn ugly.
The pop icon took to his twitter in an effort to defuse the situation.
