Bishop Nehru, the budding upstate New York rapper, dropped an 11-track mixtape free of features this past Monday (June 6). The multi-faceted wordsmith handles most of the production on Magic 19 as well.
With help from the likes of MF Doom, DJ Premier and Nas, the 19-year-old has built quite the buzz for himself. With influences that are deeply rooted in the golden era of hip-hop, the kid keeps his lyrical standard up to par on the new release.

Nehru is scheduled to release his official solo studio album later this year. The LP’s first single off the still untitled project, “You Stressin,” was featured in the NBA Live video game series.
