Cardi B has given birth to her daughter. The Bronx native announced that she and Offset have welcomed their first child, Kulture Kiari Cephus on Tuesday (July 10).
The “I Like It” singer made the announcement on Instagram on Wednesday (July 11) with a photo from her maternity shoot. The pic features a naked Cardi B perched among a forest of colorful flowers (it’s sort of reminiscent of Beyonce’s maternity photo for the twins Rumi and Sir).
Cardi’s pregnancy has been constantly covered in the media. After a wave of rumors, the rapper revealed she was with child during a performance on Saturday Night Live in Apr. 2018.
The baby news comes shortly after Cardi revealed she and the Migos member tied the knot in a secret ceremony at City Hall in Sept. 2017, one month before their public engagement.
This is Cardi B and Offset’s first child together. The rapper has reportedly suspended all public appearances until after her pregnancy, so fans can expect the rapper to be back on the move after getting acquainted with her little one.
