Chance The Rapper maybe one of hip-hop’s most charitable artists, not because he gives away free music, but more so because the music he gives away is just so good. Weeks after the release of his well received Coloring Book, Lil Chano from 79th released a track that was unfortunately left of the Coloring Book recording floor.
Linking up with Big Sean, fellow Chicago native Jeremih and Simo, “Living Single” pays homage to the classic 90s sitcom in the hook, as well as the ups and downs of being young, rich and single.
“Living Single” is just one of several tracks featuring a few of Chance’s fellow lyrical brethren. During an interview with Zane Lowe, Chance revealed he recorded with J.Cole but unfortunately couldn’t release the single due to label constraints.
Either way, take a listen to “Living Single” below.
