It looks like Chief Keef has added Interscope Records to the list of shit he don’t like. The 19-year-old Chicago has been dropped from the label for at least a week. In a breaking story by AllHipHop, an anonymous source detailed friction between Sosa and Interscope for the past year, stemming from differences concerning the rapper’s legal troubles and album releases. “Keef and his people tried to keep the label accountable (once Keef moved to Los Angeles) but Interscope didn’t seem interested in dropping a new album. Keef’s team tried to have formal meetings but nothing moved,” the report reads. Chief Keef originally signed with Interscope in 2012, releasing his debut Finally Rich under the imprint. There was also tension between the rapper and the label over the release of his upcoming Back From The Dead 2, which will now be dropped on Keef’s Glory Boyz Entertainment label. Sosa (who recently got into the marijuana business) hopped on Twitter to confirm his split from Interscope and ensure his fans that new music is still on the way:
