Chris Brown is gearing up for the release of his eighth studio album, Heartbreak On A Full Moon, due on Tuesday (Oct. 31), but before fans can indulge in the messages the 28-year-old embedded within the 45-track creation, he has a statement to project to the masses.
“I ain’t bringing Bhris back! My music will forever speak for me,” he began. “So anyone who think I’m finna keep letting yall try to make an issue out of love needs to take several seats. I came to NY for a great free concert, ima finally say this sh*t… I’m the best out of all these artist and I will not allow u broke following need a hook from Chris Brown so yall records pop to say otherwise!”
The Virginia native recently conducted a free concert in Manhattan late last week to promote the album and stopped by “Ebro In The Morning” to dish on the premise of HBOAFM.
“For me, I think about everything that I went through whether it be positive, whether it be certain substance songs that I feel lack in our genre of music, even real songs,” he said. “…With this album, I wanted to captures all bases of who my audience likes and what songs they can actually identify with.” He also left fans with another message concerning the album.
