Chris Brown is in the spirit of giving, just in time for the holidays. On the eve of Thanksgiving, the singer made his way to the South Jamaica Houses in Queens to pass out turkeys to the neighborhood. Taking to Instagram to share the good deed with his followers, Breezy thanked 50 Cent, who may helped put it together, and is also a native of the New York neighborhood.
Brown posted a series of videos as he handed out 2,000 of the signature Thanksgiving bird from the back of a truck. In a caption on Instagram, the “Back To Sleep” crooner presented a challenge to other celebrities to be more charitable.
“I honestly challenge the celebrities,” he wrote. “We think about ourselves all the time and take everything for granted. Driving nice cars, jewelry, pretending to be something we aren’t. Let’s give back because it’s the right thing to do.”
