Ever gone to the concert of one of your all time favorite artists and left with a little more than you bargained for? That exact thing happened to one changed Ciara fan.
Tavi Chavez was the lucky audience member chosen to receive a lap dance from Ciara while in Atlanta for her Jackie tour. During the routine, as she pushed off the floor to get her legs straddled across his lap, the bottom of her combat boot hit him smack in the face.
