Ciara and Russell Wilson have some major news a day before the first month of 2020 comes to a close. The couple took to social media to announce that they’re expecting another bundle of joy. With a caption simply stating “Number 3,” the proud parents pose in front of a clear blue sky on what appears to be a beach, with Ciara showing off her growing baby bump.
In a statement given to PEOPLE, a source said the wedded couple is “so excited to expand their family.” In 2017, the Wilsons had their first child together, a girl named Sienna. Prior to a relationship with Wilson, Ciara was in a relationship with rapper Future and had her first child with him, five-year-old Future Zahir.
In an interview with Essence, the “Melanin” singer shared her joy on being a mother-of-two. “When you have two kids it’s double the love. With Russ, Future, and Sienna, I have an abundance of love, so it just feels really good,” she said. “As an entertainer when you’re just going and going, and with business when you’re really driven, when you have days like Mother’s Day you take the moment to put all of that to the side and really be normal and embrace that special part of life.”
