Ciara is currently on a press run promoting her forthcoming album Jackie and after sitting down with W magazine, the Atlanta native is eager for fans to hear a new side of her.
The project, which was named after her mother, is slated to have an uptempo vibe and host inspirations from Sade to Frank Sinatra.

“I am so much more expressive and confident than I have ever been in my life,” the “Promise” singer said. “Even though there has been musical and personal growth, this album really takes me back in time, to when I didn’t overthink the creative process.”
CiCi also plans to embark on a 28-date tour from May 3-31. Jackie, which features the chart-topping single “I Bet” arrives May 4.
