Common has been one of the many rappers to make black Americans proud to be black. And after more than twenty years in the rap game, the South Side Chicago native is still motivating.
Today (Nov. 4), Common dropped his 11th studio album, Black America Again. The 15-track effort features guests PJ, Marsha Ambrosius, Bilal, John Legend, and BJ The Chicago Kid, Stevie Wonder, among others.
With the current racial tensions and violence plaguing the black community and America, Common celebrates black love, black spirits and black America with this new project.
The Chicago poet is set to produce a new comedy series dubbed, ‘93 ‘Til Infinity, a comedy show the follow the rise of a rapper.
