As peak concert season creeps closer, the man behind Black Messiah is gearing up to take his treats nationwide and beyond. D’Angelo announced that he and The Vanguard will be embarking on The Second Coming Tour in support of the long-awaited December 2014 album.

The summer tour will kick off on June 7 in Oakland, head overseas to various internation festivals before returning stateside for a San Francisco show Aug. 7. Tickets go on sale May 1 and can be copped on his website.
