Lil Pump and Desiigner have finally gotten together for “Overseas,” a track that plays to their love of all things lavish and glossy.
Produced by CBMIX, the three-minute single opens with the song’s chorus, which alternates bars between the “Panda” rapper and Lil Pump. “I f**k your bi**h, she a freak, huh/ Ni**a, I’m trappin’ all week, huh/ I do a pill and can’t eat, oh/ I let a bi**h rub my feet, ouu” the two rhyme. In typical Lil Pump fashion, “Overseas” features a flew of braggadocios verses, with Desiigner taking the first verse before handing Pump the mic to close the song.
This is the first collaboration between the two rappers, though they’ve hinted at a possible collaboration in the past. Sans Pump, Desiigner performed the single at the first night of the Red Bull Music Festival in Chicago last weekend.
Last month, Lil Pump dropped “Arms Around You,” a posthumous collab track with XXXTentacion featuring Swae Lee and Maluma. The track has been climbing the tracks since it’s Oct. 25 release.
As for Desiigner, this marks the first track he’s appeared on in a cool minute, following the release of “Loud” with Silk City and GoldLink back in August 2018. Stream “Overseas” below.
