DJ Khaled is one blessed man, per his Snapchat highlights, but this recent news cements his influence over his counterparts.
The city of Miami deemed Jan. 20 as “DJ Khaled Day” which arrives three months after the Florida town gave the famed producer/music executive the key to the city. “Thank u so much!!! Miami!!! My home that I love so much!!! #Wethebest,” he wrote on Instagram while showcasing the document.
Prior to this memorable occurrence, Khaled took his motivational talents to Miami’s Carol City Middle School to assume the role of principal for the day. He later donated $10,000 towards the school’s music program for updated equipment.

He also celebrated the occasion by buying the entire school lunch at his sponsored restaurant Finga Licking.
Khaled recently signed a lucrative deal with United Talent Agency, further solidifying his “We The Best” brand.
