It looks like fans of DJ Khaled will receive major gems from his Major Key album given the roster of artists that are slated to appear on the project.
In a brief interview with Entertainment Weekly, the We The Best leader shared that not only will Jay Z and Future be featured on the soundscape, but Drake, Lil Wayne, Travis Scott, Big Sean and more will also lay their bars down on Khaled’s anticipated project.
“I’m giving you some gems early just so you all know I’m super serious,” he said. “There’s a lot more hidden gems.” Could one of those “hidden gems” be a collaboration with Beyonce? We hope so since he’s currently on tour with the Queen, stating that he has a desire to make music with the “Sorry” singer one day.
“I’m just getting closer and closer, but at the same time I’m scared to even ask her,” he revealed. “I don’t know how to maneuver this. So what I’ve been doing is showing her how passionate I am on stage and ripping it down.”
There’s no word on when we’ll be able to unlock all the gems on Major Key since a release date has yet to be announced, but Khaled shared, “the record’s gonna drop soon come, like literally soon.”
