The always outspoken D.L. Hughley has been consistently vocal about politics and the news throughout his career. When it comes to professional crazy person Republican candidate Donald Trump however, the comedian is surely not biting his tongue.
“Trump being president is like Flavor Flav winning a spelling bee. I just don’t know how they take him that seriously,” Hughley said.

One of the Kings of Comedy, Hughley was caught on the spot by a TMZ photog at the LAX and was asked about the GOP primary and Donald Trump’s unexpected rise to the top of the poll.
“I think the more racist stuff Trump says, the better he does in the polls, so if he says ni**er he’ll be elected tomorrow,” said Hughley. “I think it says two things. One, I think he’s turned the whole thing into a reality show, and then how sorry are the other people running if Donald Trump is their best choice.”
