Two of our favorite artists are working together and we’re kind of f**king excited about it.
Photos of Rihanna and Donald Glover filming in Cuba popped up on social media Wednesday. (Aug. 15) According to reports, the two are filming a movie in Cuba.
News of the project came shortly after the Savage Fenty owner and creator revealed Glover as a special guest performer for her annual Diamond Ball with Issa Rae as the host.
In photos, Rih is pictured sans makeup with her hair in braids wearing what looks to be a floor-length colorful maxi dress. The Awaken! My Love artist decided he didn’t need a shirt.
Entertainment Tonight reports the film is being shot in several locations throughout Havana and is directed by Hiro Murai who directed the video for Glover’s “This Is America.” The Cuban website Visitar also reports Black Panther‘s Letitia Wright and British-Nigerian actor Nonso Anozie are also featured in the film.
There’s no word on when this film will be revealed, or if what they’re working on is even a film. But as soon we know, you’ll know.
