This time last year, hip-hop was ripe with excitement as Drake and Meek Mill entered into a memorable feud that resulted in Drizzy’s “Back-To-Back” earning a Grammy nomination. Now it appears as though the Views artist has re-upped on a old feud with Hot 97’s Funmaster Flex.
While performing at Madison Square Garden for his Summer Sixteen tour, Drake took to the stage to demand that the veteran DJ be terminated from the station. “They telling lies on Hot97!” the “Controlla” artist said. “Fire Funk Master Flex and I’ll do ya show.”

The incendiary comments caused the Garden to erupt and shortly after Flex, who will celebrate his 47th birthday Friday (August 5) took to Twitter to inform fans he has some heat up his sleeve.
Hahahaha!!! 7pm Sat I got a story to tell! @Drake u gonna learn! #NYC@HOT97

Drake is no rookie when it comes to feuds and neither is Flex. We’ll just have to see how this plays out, but what we know for certain Flex will drop 119,875,676 bombs during the process.
