Drake’s musical scoresheet continues to look pristine. The Toronto native’s If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late project recently was deemed the top selling digital album of 2015.
The album, which arrived at the top of 2015, reportedly sold 951,000 copies digitally, Nielsen Soundscan revealed, topping Taylor Swift’s 1989, Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp A Butterfly, and The Weeknd’s Beauty Behind The Madness.
This news arrives a few weeks after Drizzy and Future’s joint mixtape What A Time To Be Alive rocked the charts and sold nearly 500,000 units.
IYRTITL came as a surprise in February, which was backed by a mini film of Toronto featuring the “6 God,” and also hosts guest services from PartyNextDoor, Lil Wayne, and Travi$ Scott on the 17-tracked project.
