After an epic weekend in Toronto for OVO Fest, Drake is back on the road for his Summer Sixteen tour, featuring Future. The rapper will be picking it back up in New York, where he’ll perform three back-to-back shows. And in addition to hitting the stage at Madison Square Garden, Drizzy will also be setting up a pop-up shop for the duration of his stay.
The “Controlla” rapper announced the news on Instagram on Wednesday (Aug. 3). The shop will include a number of tees, hats and other merch featuring OVO graphics, Drake’s portrait and song lyrics.
Drake’s newest venture follows behind Rihanna, Kanye West and Justin Bieber, all of whom held their own merch shops in NYC during their concerts tours. Future also launched his own pop-up, Future Hive merch, in Soho on Aug. 2.
For the Drake fanatics and hypebeasts, you’ll have a limited time to nab you some Drizzy gear. The Summer Sixteen merch shop will only be around from August 4-7. Check out a few of the threads you should expect to see below.
