As Drake is taking part in his second annual “Houston Appreciation Weekend” festivities – which include a tribute to Bun B, a celebrity softball game and the kickoff of his Jungle Tour – a certain Houston rapper, Sauce Walka, is not too pleased. Taking to Instagram to slam Drizzy, Sauce accused the Young Money emcee of taking advantage of the city’s culture.
“Nigga come down here, using own culture for lyrical content, nigga, and ain’t giving shit back but a family fun day and some money to some hoes he trickin’ on in the club, f–kin’ idiot,” This bitch ass nigga make music with artists from everywhere but Houston, but he throw H-Town.”
Taking notice of the video, Drake left a simple response, employing the sleeping emoji to communicate his indifference:

It seems Sauce Walka and Drake were on amicable terms just weeks ago, as the Houston rapper was singing a different tune. Drake also posted a photo prior to their most recent exchange, promising a remix to Sauce’s “2 Legited 2 Quited” track, which has yet to be released. Speculation has begun about the tension between the two stemming from the collaboration – or lack thereof:
