Drake’s forthcoming album Views From The 6 remains one of the most anticipated albums for 2015. With no clear release date, fans and spectators are hanging by the wayside for the “Energy” rapper to bless their playlists with new tunes. But now, there’s a new development that leaves us with the notion that we’re getting closer and closer to Drizzy’s fresh body of melodies.
On Wednesday (Nov. 4), a billboard appeared in his birthplace of Toronto that simply reads “The 6 God Is Watching.” Champagne Papi later took to his Instagram account to boast the image with the caption “be home soon.”
The 29-year-old artist had a prosperous calendar year in music thus far. At the top of 2015, Drake stopped the world Beyonce-style with the release of his mixtape If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late. It went on to reach platinum status, which was followed by his joint project with Future, What A Time To Be Alive. Top that off with the chart success of “Hotline Bling,” and Drake has set himself up to have a grand slam of a year with the release of Views.
Only time will tell when you can expect his fourth studio album to arrive, but until then…
