Love it or hate it, Drake has been dominating the game. Since its drop in April, Views has been a tremendous success, and although it was an Apple exclusive for the first two weeks, the Toronto artist’s album has been breaking all types of records.
According to a recent report from Billboard, Drizzy’s latest studio album surpassed three billion streams on Spotify, and breaks yet another record on the music streaming platform. The self-proclaimed 6 God’s latest album is indubitably one of the greatest mainstream successes with records to prove it.
The album went triple platinum in August and Drake has no plan to let go of his grip on the game when he announced a new project, More Life in December. The project is rumored to be his last album under his Cash Money contract. Until then, Drake left us with four new tracks, which premiered on his OVO Sound Radio show late October.
