Drake may have another rap beef on his hands, and this one might be a little more competition than his previous spat with Meek Mill. Rumor has it, Eminem has plans to unleash a diss track fired at Drizzy.
Hot 97’s Ebro dropped the news on Ebro in the Morning earlier today (Aug. 3), and he seems to think there’s a good chance it could be going down pretty soon. “I told Drake I heard the rumor was that Eminem was gonna gear up to come after him,” Ebro recalled of a past conversation he had with the OVO rapper. But apparently, Drake isn’t too worried. “And [Drake] laughed, and he said, ‘That’s not gonna happen. He’ll never do that. And if he did I got something for him, too.'” Clearly Ebro knows something that Drake isn’t quite hip to.
Eminem and Drake collaborated on the 2007 hit, “Forever,” and the two seemed to maintain an amicable relationship, as they performed together along with Lil Wayne at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards.
There’s no word on what Em could put on a single, but it’s guaranteed that he’ll be coming with some heavy bars, and not Twitter fingers. So if the rumors are true, this will be yet another great moment for the culture. Stay tuned.
