Despite getting busy on Instagram and dropping freebies via his Soul Tape series, Fabolous is still chipping away at his forthcoming album Loso’s Way 2. He’s also not skimping on big names for the follow-up to his 2009 Loso’s Way, home to the still catchy “Throw It In The Bag” and “My Time.”
”‘Ready’ was kind of a buildup single to where we were going but I don’t think we were exactly ready — no pun intended,” Fab joked. “Me and Chris are friends and work together well, so when I got this record, I felt it was something that leaned in his direction. So I played it for him, he liked it and did it right there on the spot and now it’s in the can.” He says the collabo even stirred the direction of the project.
As for the Nicki feature, Fabo was tight-lipped, simply saying, “I’ve worked with Nicki before and I reached back out to her as well, so we’ve got something in the works too.”
