The “679” rapper’s self-titled debut album has been certified platinum by the RIAA. The entity bestowed the distinction on Fetty’s project at the tail end of February. The soundscape, which boasts songs like “My Way,” “RGF Island,” and “Again” tallied one million in sales, downloads, and streams on music outlets. But for Fetty, this is just the beginning.
The rising MC, who just received a song placement on Old Navy’s latest commercial, is back in the studio. This time with Snoop Dogg. Sir Wap made it a point to showcase how humble he was to have the honor of working with rap royalty, displaying his elation on his Instagram account.
It’ll only be a matter of time until we hear what Fetty’s been cooking up in the studio.
