Terrorist attacks on Paris, France Friday night (Nov. 13), shocked the entire world when the news broke. Reports stated that over 100 people were killed after explosions and shootings took place in various locations across the city.
Reportedly, authorities have killed three terrorists suspected of the tragic massacre, which prompted President Francois Hollande to declare a state of emergency and close the borders. The news prompted responses from people across the globe, but one person’s statement is resonating with those affected by the tragedy. That person being Frank Ocean.
The “Pyramids” singer posted a touching note on his Tumblr account in response to the attacks, writing, “Love to Paris and any individual or family who’s lost loved ones to evil anywhere in this world. Chill w the angels.”
Ocean, who is usually a private person, also had a few words for Donald Trump after a previous tweet on his stance on gun control and Paris’ Charlie Hebdo tragedy occurred resurfaced.
Isn’t it interesting that the tragedy in Paris took place in one of the toughest gun control countries in the world?

“On the real though Donald Trump. How is it ‘interesting’ that these shootings happened in a country that’s tough on guns?” the Grammy-award winning singer wrote. “Because it sounds like that vacuous observation was about giving your NRA-loving constituency a hand job and spinning a tragedy for political gain and I’m thinking maybe using a situation where dozens of innocents have just been murdered in the streets isn’t the best time. No?”
An investigation on the attacks is still ongoing.
