When it comes to the music waiting game, Frank Ocean must find joy in testing his fans’ patience. The “Forrest Gump” singer has been dangling the release of his forthcoming channel ORANGE follow-up for what has felt like eons now, but as we near the album’s July 2015 release date, he keeps dropping a trail of clues.

In addition to letting us know it’ll come in two versions with a supplementary magazine possibly titled Boys Don’t Cry, a brand new playlist popped up on his official SoundCloud page. “States,” as he titled this mystery music queue, is currently empty, but we’re betting that it’ll soon include either new album takeaways or freebies to keep our ears occupied during the wait.
Ready is an understatement for how we’re all feeling right about now.
