9. Paul Ursin- “28 Drums”
Paul Ursin was fast asleep when Nic Fanciulli text messaged him from the club to say “28 Drums is bomb!” Out on Pleasurekraft’s Kraftek imprint, this hypnotic groove is a classy twist of tribal rhythms; tech house beat patterns, a powerful reverberating spoken vocal, and bendy baseline that commands the dancefloor to move at once.
