Future is really like the gift that keeps on giving. The rapper debuted two new songs on OVO Sound Radio Saturday (Nov. 19) during DJ Esco’s guest mix on Beats 1, and both of them are fire.
The first song, “Ain’t Tryin’,” sounds like Future is giving the finger to his haters. On the track, the rapper repeatedly recites the lyric “I ain’t tryna see nobody” on the chorus. “A bunch of killers, dope dealers on the / chase F*ck the snitches cause I’m still pushing weight/ I’m getting it in and I came from off the crates / Let’s eat again, we done already ate / F*ck the snakes, brought ’em over in a Wraith,” he raps.
Following the first release, Future also shared “Poppin’ Tags, which basically is a tribute to his love for designer brands. “Goyard on / Pick out what you want Hermès on / Pick out what you want / New Chanel, oh, pick out what you want,” he raps over his signature trap beat.
The new tracks follow Future’s music video for “Used to This,” which he worked on with Drake. In the video, the collaborators ditch the studio and hit the soccer field as coaches of a very fit women’s team. He also dropped his new project with Gucci Mane, Free Bricks 2 earlier this month.
