G Herbo’s impatience got the better of him this week. His mixtape, Welcome to Fazoland 1.5, was slated for a March 17 release, but the Chicago native delivered WTF 1.5 a day early (March 16).
The second installment of Welcome to Fazoland is a featureless 6-track EP that finds the Eastside Windy City-bred rapping about his trials and tribulations, poverty, among other issues.
Herb is really maturing into a respectable young man. According to Fake Shore Drive, the rapper served as an honorary principal for a day at South Shore International College Preparatory High School in Chicago. This came just after Chance the Rapper donated $1 million to Chicago Public School system.
Welcome to Fazoland 1.5 is the follow-up to the November release of Strictly 4 My Fans.
