The summer is always a good time for fun, laughter, and new music. Tons of artists pick this particular time of year to unleash new heat and according to Zaytoven, Drake and Gucci Mane could be dropping an entire project very soon.
After doing a three-year stint in prison, Gucci Mane was released last month. Shortly after that, Gucci and Drake were seen together at a music video shoot. Producer Zaytoven said to Pigeons and Planes, “When Drake came over to the house to shoot a video, him and Gucci got to talking about making something. It will be a small EP.” He also added that the project is “in the works right now,” and will be allegedly titled, “6’ers” due to Drake’s affiliation with his hometown of Toronto and Gucci’s hometown of Atlanta, Ga.
Drake is no stranger to collaborative projects. Last summer he released What A Time To Be Alive along with frequent collaborator and ATL’s own Future which went No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. Could there be a same outcome if Guwop and the 6 God were to drop a project? We think so.
For now, check out Gucci’s new project Everybody Looking on iTunes.
