Coming off the release of his Drink More Water 5 mixtape earlier this year, iLOVEMAKONNEN is set to release his sophomore EP on Nov. 20th.
This weekend, the OVO signee gets the ball rolling with the roll out of his upcoming project with “Second Chance.” The song finds MAKONNEN crafts a catchy ballad/rap song about wanting a second chance with a lost love.
With DJ Mustard on the track, MAKONNEN continues to prove that he can pen a memorable ballad. Furthermore, with “Second Chance,” MAKONNEN stepped it a notch with his content by not bragging about his drug addictions. He must be taking cues from his OVO boss.
