It seems as if TDE has a trick up their sleeve. Over the weekend, the label’s head honcho, Top Dawg tweeted a hint, “09.02.16.” While it’s unclear happen on September 2nd, we have been blessed with a new track, “Free Lunch,” by Isaiah Rashad.
Over mellow production by Cam O’Bi, The Chattanooga, Tennessee native delivers country-laden tunes where he tries to come up on meal ticket.
Rashad has been quiet on the music scene since dropping his 2014 effort, Clivia Demo. Maybe this “Free Lunch” is the beginning of what will be a steady flow of new music from the Rashad.
