To set the record straight, no Janet Jackson does not have throat cancer. And her short hiatus from her Unbreakable tour was for vocal surgery. But in light of that, good news hit today when the singer-dancer, announced that she will be rescheduling the handful of concerts that she postposed in October.
Unfortunately for those who are eager to see Ms. Jackson live, the rescheduled tour dates will not take place during this winter season. The shows will occur throughout the summer, starting on July 1, at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Col., and concluding on Aug. 28, at a Cleveland, Ohio arena.
In addition to resetting some of those dates, it has been reported that Janet will pick things up where she left off, launching the European leg of her tour on March 30 in Birmingham, England. She will also be revisiting the U.S. (aside from the rescheduled dates) in May.
