Shawn Carter, better known by his stage persona Jay-Z, is using the platforms of both himself and Roc Nation to advocate for 21 Savage (née She’yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph) immediate release.
Using the Roc Nation Twitter page to propel his message forward, Carter released compelling statements detailing why Savage’s release should come sooner, rather than later. “Person only charged as “visa overstay” is bond eligible,” one of the pages read.
The post also states that Joesph has been waiting on his visa confirmation since 2015, but has managed to create a sustainable livelihood to support the lifestyles and needs of his three children.
She’yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph (@21savage) is currently 26 years old, an engaged father of 3 children who were born in the U.S.
